The Setrix S-3721 systems represents the next generation in universal, multi-protocol wireless gateway. It combines
capabilities that are otherwise only available in desktop PCs, all in an compact integrated, ruggedized device.

The CompactFlash slots can be used for the following:
- NAND Flash storage card (up to 1GB)
- Microdrive
- Network card
- Modem card
- Wireless LAN (802.11b) card. Supports Access-Point mode of operation.
The USB slave port supports a point-to-point Ethernet-like interface
between the S-3721X and the host computer. Drivers are provided for
Windows and Linux hosts.
The USB master port supports the following USB devices:
- Hubs
- RS-232 serial adaptors
- Network adaptors
- Mass-storage devices
- Web-cameras
- Digital cameras
