Setrix AG was founded in 1999 with the mission
to offer innovative solutions, combining technologies of image processing
and communications, to the fast growing markets of facilitiy management,
surveillance and meter reading.
As a product specialist in visual sensor, computing and communication
technologies, Setrix AG offers products and services to the wireless
communication, internet and e-commerce markets. The founding team
is composed of three former Siemens managers from both research and
business divisions, and a successful entrepreneur from the IT market.
Funding and support is provided by Siemens Venture Capital GmbH and
VCI GmbH, aiming for a rapid expansion of Setrix AG. The company is
headquartered in Munich, Germany. Its U.S. subsidiary Setrix, Inc.,
is located in Princeton, New Jersey. |
